Jill Raycroft is the Chief Executive Officer of the Belleville Chamber of Commerce, where she has served since 2017. Under her leadership, the Chamber has become a catalyst for collaboration and community development, bringing together local businesses, elected officials, and regional stakeholders to support a resilient and inclusive business environment across the Bay of Quinte region.

With a background in communications, education, and non-profit governance, Jill brings a thoughtful, people-centred approach to leadership. She contributes to research in workforce development and community safety through partnerships with the Centre for Workforce Development, Loyalist College, and the provincial Chamber network. Her work focuses on advocacy, innovation, and strengthening the voice of business through meaningful connection.
